Private Dining Terms & Conditions
Our Private Dining is an intimate, private space for groups of up to 32 guests. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the open kitchen, your own dedicated team and a relaxed atmosphere.
We always discuss the details of the evening in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The menu
The evening always starts with an amuse-bouche and homemade sourdough bread served with butter and oil.
We serve the same menu as in the restaurant. You can choose from:
4 courses – €69.50
5 courses – €79.50
6 courses – €89.50

Our menu changes monthly, allowing us to cook with the seasons. We are able to accommodate many allergies and dietary requirements, including fully vegetarian and vegan menus.
Drinks upon arrival
You can start the evening with standing drinks upon arrival for groups of up to 15 guests, for example with a glass of sparkling wine accompanied by oysters and/or charcuterie.
For groups of more than 15 guests, drinks upon arrival are of course also possible, but will be served at the table.
Wine & drinks
Our wine list can be viewed in advance. Please note that wines may sell out and therefore may no longer be available on the date of your reservation.
We are happy to advise you on your wine selection and, if desired, selected wines can be ordered in advance for your group.
Still water is served complimentary from the tap. Sparkling water is served by the bottle.
Coffee and tea are served with homemade friandises.
Private Dining opening hours
The Private Dining is open from 6:00 pm until 12:30 am.
When leaving the restaurant, we kindly ask you to be considerate of our neighbours and to keep noise to a minimum.
If you would like to continue your conversation outside after your evening with us, we kindly ask you to do so at the end of the street, towards Nieuwezijds.
Booking & minimum spend
To confirm your Private Dining reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the minimum spend.
For groups of up to and including 14 guests, a minimum spend of €1,850 applies, regardless of the number of guests.
For groups of 15 guests or more, the minimum spend is €130 per booked guest.
Example: for a reservation of 20 guests, the minimum spend is €2,600. The required deposit is therefore €1,300.
All Private Dining reservations are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UCHCI).
Accessibility
The Private Dining is not wheelchair accessible and, due to a step at the entrance, may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The toilet is located on the same floor and is also used by guests of the restaurant.
Decorations & amplified music
Amplified music is not permitted due to potential noise disturbance to our neighbours. This includes, for example, the use of microphones or a DJ booth.
There is no equipment or connection available for presentations, and the space is not designed for this purpose.
For special occasions, the room may be decorated by prior arrangement. Confetti cannons are not permitted.
Cancellation policy
9.3.1 Groups
Where a reservation has been made for a group solely for the provision of food and/or beverages (a table reservation), the following percentages of the reservation value are payable by the guest to the hospitality establishment in the event of cancellation.
If a menu has been agreed:
More than 14 days before the reserved time: 0%
14 days or less, but more than 7 days before the reserved time: 25%
7 days or less before the reserved time: 50%
3 days or less before the reserved time: 75%
